Rear Air Suspension Kit Fits 1982-2004 S10 Transform your truck with our complete rear air suspension kit designed for 82-04 models. This kit is designed to allow your truck to sit flush on the ground with 20-inch wheels. The centerpiece of this kit is our one-piece notch, which easily slips over the frame and requires welding for a secure fit. The notch comes with pre-welded upper shock mounts on its crossbars, simplifying the installation process. Once the notch is in place, you can cut the frame and use the included filler pieces to box the bottom, ensuring your truck is notched and ready for customization. Our kit includes 2-link bars that attach to your factory hangers and bolt to the rear end with the provided U-bolt kit. These bars already have the lower bag mounts pre-installed, so you don't need to worry about complex setups. Use your factory U-bolt plates with their lower shock mounts, then weld on the upper bag mounts over the 2-link bar mounts to complete the airbag installation. Finally, the panhard bar installation is straightforward. The notch already has the frame mount, allowing you to bolt the panhard bar to the notch and then weld the axle mount. With these steps completed, your suspension system is ready for airbag installation.
